INGREDIENTS

  1. Arugula
  2. Watermelon cubed
  3. Feta cheese
  4. Walnuts or pumpkin seeds (Adjust size depending on how big you want your salad to be)
  5. Orange balsamic dressing :
  6. 1/2 orange, juiced
  7. 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  8. 1 tablespoon of honey
  9. 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  10. Salt and pepper to taste

Watermelon is 92% water and a good source of potassium, so it’s super hydrating. Plus it’s only 40 calories per cup. It is also high in antioxidants (including Vitamin C), Vitamin A, and beta carotene which are all great for your skin. Walnuts are a great source of Omega 3s which are heart-healthy, anti-inflammatory and also have skin benefits.
