Roasted Lime Asparagus

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 bunch asparagus, with 1-inch, cut off from the end of the stem
  2. 1/2 lime
  3. 1 Tbsp olive oil
  4. salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. 1Place asparagus in a single layer in a roasting tray.
  2. 2Coat with olive oil and squeeze the juice of the lime. Stir for even coating.
  3. 3Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. 4 Roast for 25 minutes in a pre-heated 400-degree oven.
