Roasted Lime Asparagus
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch asparagus, with 1-inch, cut off from the end of the stem
- 1/2 lime
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- 1Place asparagus in a single layer in a roasting tray.
- 2Coat with olive oil and squeeze the juice of the lime. Stir for even coating.
- 3Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 4 Roast for 25 minutes in a pre-heated 400-degree oven.
