INGREDIENTS

  1. ½ cup almond flour
  2. ½ cup oat flour
  3. ½ tsp cinnamon
  4. ¼ tsp salt
  5. 1 Tbsp baking powder
  6. 2 eggs
  7. ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  8. 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  9. ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  10. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  11. 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  12. Urban remedy banana brittle as topping (optional)
  13. Organic blueberries

PREPARATION

  1. 1Beat egg in a bowl and mix in the rest of the wet ingredients
  2. 2Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl, then add to egg mixture
  3. 3Spray pan or griddle with non-stick spray
  4. 4Add about ¼ cup batter to heated cooking surface. Allow to cook until edges set and pancake begins to bubble
