Fried Rice Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup of uncooked brown rice
  2. 4 cloves of minced garlic
  3. 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  4. 1/2 cup @birdseyevegetables peas
  5. 1/2 cup @birdseyevegetables carrots
  6. 3 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce
  7. 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  8. 2 -3 Tbsp of organic maple syrup or brown sugar
  9. 1 clove garlic
  10. 1 tsp sesame oil

PREPARATION

  1. 1Heat up olive oil in skillet. Add peas, carrots, minced garlic and onions. Sauté until lightly browned.
  2. 2Whisk together soy sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil and brown sugar or maple syrup.
  3. 3Add in cooked rice in skillet followed by the sauce mixture. Stir. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated evenly. Serve!
