Fried Rice Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of uncooked brown rice
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup @birdseyevegetables peas
- 1/2 cup @birdseyevegetables carrots
- 3 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 -3 Tbsp of organic maple syrup or brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PREPARATION
- 1Heat up olive oil in skillet. Add peas, carrots, minced garlic and onions. Sauté until lightly browned.
- 2Whisk together soy sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil and brown sugar or maple syrup.
- 3Add in cooked rice in skillet followed by the sauce mixture. Stir. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated evenly. Serve!
