Cranberry Sauce with Pears

INGREDIENTS

  1. 12 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
  2. 2 medium pears, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/4-inch chunks

  4. 1/2 cup water
  5. 3 tablespoons agave
  6. 2 tablespoons orange juice
  7. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  4. 4 Remove from heat and let cool for 30 minutes.
  5. 5Adjust consistency with water as needed.
  6. 6Stir in crystallized ginger.
  7. 7Serve immediately or place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Can be served cold or reheated.
