Bean Salad with Balsamic Dressing


  1. Dressing Ingredients
  2. 1/2 lemon juiced
  3. 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  4. 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze
  5. 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  6. 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  7. Himalayan salt to taste
  8. Bean salad ingredients
  9. 1 can of garbanzo beans
  10. 1 can of kidney beans
  11. 1/2 chopped onion
  12. 1 diced avocado
  13. 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
  14. Balsamic dressing added as desired

  2. 2Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Add salt to taste. Add a touch more balsamic glaze for a sweeter dressing.
